What an exciting end to 2006 !
Rebel French/French K.I.S.S. received a lot of media attention just before year end when I offered to teach Ottawa’s new mayor French. My offer lead to a flurry of interviews on radio and French TV. Although the mayor decided to take French lessons with the city’s internal training program, his Director of Communications decided to give my program a try and he is very excited after having his first lesson. He is eager to learn, one of the key factors that will ensure his success !
During the holidays we were also contacted by a Canadian woman living in Paris, Karen Henrich, who has developed her own website offering information and advice about traveling to Paris and discovering the City of Lights. She even has a book available on the website, at a very reasonable cost, describing one young woman’s adventures discovering the sights and sounds of Paris – it’s a great read for anyone planning to visit Paris or who is simply French at heart!
